from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University of Vadodara and Associate Member of the ICAI. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2018. He has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant and a Management Consultant since past 3 years. More than 3 years of diverse industries experience in areas of Internal Audit of Large and Medium enterprises, Tax Audit, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Tax planning and Assurance, Management Consultancy, Company Law Matters.
Having Expertise in Accounting, Auditing, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit of Manufacturing industries and IT Industries, Income tax Assessment cases. He has ventured his journey as an advisor, which gives the total financial solutions to all Clients. Actively involved in preparation of Financial Statements including Notes to accounts, Annual Reports, and Individual Tax Audit & Consolidated Financial Statements.
Handled roles of consultancy and transaction advisory of Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 and various compliances like Annual Returns and GST Audits. Started heading new areas like “Start-up consultancy”, registration of Start-up and various benefits under Fiscal laws.
